All content on Loud Link pages, including artwork, music, text, and design, is owned by the respective artists, labels, or rights holders. The Loud Link platform, its design, and its technology are owned by Loud Limited.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the explicit permission of the rights holder.
Loud Link integrates with third-party services including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and others. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and conditions. Loud Link is not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.
Some features (such as saving playlists or pre-saving releases) require you to authenticate with a third-party music service. By doing so, you grant Loud Link permission to perform the requested action on your behalf. We do not store your third-party passwords.
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform you acknowledge that data is handled as described there.
Loud Link is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loud Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for any of your statutory rights as a consumer that cannot be excluded or limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer laws, or of any right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
