Marketing Partners

This page is the register of any organisation with which Loud Link shares personal data for that organisation's own marketing purposes. It forms part of our Privacy Policy.

There are currently no such organisations. Mailing-list signups on this site are collected on behalf of the artist, label or other client named on the signup form. That client is the data controller of the information you submit - it flows into their account and is used by them under their own privacy notice - and we act only as their processor. Because your data goes to the organisation you knowingly signed up with, and to no one else, nothing appears on this register.

If we were ever to share personal data with a third party for its own marketing, that partner would be named in the signup form at the point you opt in, and listed here with its full legal name, registered address, what we share and the date it was added. Partners would be added prospectively - a partner added on a given date would receive data only from fans who opt in on or after that date. We would never pass existing subscribers to a newly added partner.
