Sub-processors

Version 1.0 · In effect from 10 August 2026

This page lists the third-party service providers (“sub-processors”) that Loud Link engages to help deliver its platform. It forms part of our Privacy Policy and of our Data Processing Agreement with customers.

Each provider listed below acts only on Loud Link's documented instructions, is bound by a written contract with data-protection terms no less protective than our own, and may not use any data for its own purposes. This is different from our Marketing Partners, who receive data as independent controllers with your opt-in.

Changes. Customers are granted general authorisation to our use of sub-processors. We give at least 30 days' notice before a new sub-processor begins processing customer personal data, by updating this page.

Transfers outside the UK

Where a sub-processor processes data outside the UK or EEA, we rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism - the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision where one applies. Details of the safeguards for any sub-processor are available on request from [email protected].
